1. Data we collect

Account data: name, email, hashed password, business/workspace name.

Customer data you enter: names, emails, phone numbers, and subscription details of your own customers — this data belongs to you; we process it on your behalf to provide the Service (e.g. sending the renewal reminders you configure).

Usage data: login timestamps, IP address, and basic request logs, kept for security and troubleshooting.

2. How we use data

To provide and secure the Service, send renewal reminders you configure, respond to support requests, and improve the product. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.

3. Third parties

We use the following categories of processors to run the Service: hosting infrastructure (server hosting), and an email delivery provider to send the reminders you configure. Each only receives the minimum data needed to perform its function.

4. Data retention

We retain account and customer data for as long as your account is active. If you delete a customer or cancel your account, associated data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records for legal or accounting purposes.

5. Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data directly from the app (Customers, Subscriptions, Payments, Settings). If you are in the EU/UK or another jurisdiction with statutory data rights, you may also request these directly by emailing support@renewflow.pro.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed, not stored in plain text. Data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS. Access to the platform-admin view is restricted to authorized operators only.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be announced in the app.
