RenewFlow is a subscription and customer-renewal management platform for businesses. We provide tools to track customers, subscriptions, renewals, payments, and automated reminders. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for every workspace member you invite.

3. Subscription plans & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide partial-period refunds except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages, to store data you do not have the right to process, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate this section or that we reasonably believe pose a fraud or abuse risk.

You retain ownership of the customer and business data you store in RenewFlow. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it. You may export your data at any time from the Customers, Subscriptions, and Payments pages.

7. Availability & liability

The Service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time; we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law
